My pets are so funny, just watching them makes me giggle. The new cat Kami is such a hoot. I have never seen an animal play so long with a plastic sack. We put a WM sack down in the winter for our Terrier, (lord knows how this started but Jimmy will pee on a WM sack instead of a paper) During the winter JB doesn't like to go outside, so we put a WM sack down for him. The cat got a hold of a clean one ( thank goodness) and spent 30 minutes playing with the darn thing. She got inside of it, ran around the house or rolled as the case may be. She was rolling around the floor in this stupid sack and it was hilarious.
Everyone evening before bed, they (cat and the dog) play chase around the living room. Of course, then Kami hides in the laundry basket and Surprise JB when he walks by. She stalks him several times during the day, it's funny to see her jump on his back and go for a ride.( he doesn't get hurt, because there's no clawing going on) Then they nuzzle each other and go on about thier business.

How sweet is that?
the only problems we have are at bedtime, because they both want to be up in the bed. JB is older and set in his ways. So kami sleeps on my nightstand.

My Emma kitty got her head stuck once in the handle (head facing inside bad) of a paper shopping bag, went flying through the house until she ran under a chair & tore it off of herself...she has since been terrified of bags! For some reason the sound of plastic bags send her running!

I was making catnip toys the other evening, this is a major event every christmas for her...she gets up on my sewing table, has ball with the cording I attach, and needs to personally inspect every toy I make. At least I know they pass the snuff test!
