Not sure if this is the right place to post this, mods feel free to move...but has anyone trying to quit tried these? I'm coming up on 3 years, but still use nicotrol inhalers...they have gotten me through but just give me min satisfaction...I tried an e-cigarette of a GF's, she hasn't had a real cig since April because of these & OMG, talk about satisfying...you even have "smoke" with them (water vapor)! Cheaper than real cigs in the long run & much better for your health! Nicotine is not the problem, it's all the other junk that does so much damage. I got some on amazon & they just came in yesterday..oh my gosh..I am in love! Showed it to my Dr. today, he was pretty impressed! My GF got hers at smoke51, it was more expensive, but it is a much better quality. The only issue I see right now is I would probably need a second of the type I have so one can be charging while the other is in use.

I'll PM you with what I got...not sure if I can put links, anyway, once you put out the first cost, the refills are MUCH cheaper than real cigs!

i'm a smoker. I've smoked since i was 16. I HATE the smell, i hate how my lungs feel, i hate how i cough.


With these (from what i've read, thanks to meems and her helpful info i went ahead and ordered one of these) different reviews, there is NO chemicals. So it's like your stopping smoking sort of, your taking out all the bad stuff for ya.

So if you eliminate all the bad... why quit? lol yes i know thats a BAD philsophy but imma give it a try

Yes, do they really taste like cigs? I've thought of trying those, but wondering if it's a way I could really quit smoking. I'm working on cutting down, but during stressful times (uhmmm like these) that's not an easy thing to do.
