I must really hate peeling things! How to "peel" potatoes without peeling them!

I haven't peeled a potatoe in years either. Thats were the vitamins are. I would think the potatoe would be to hot to handle to pick it up like that and if it isn't hot to pick up then you don't have hot mashed pots. Thats just my thinking anyway.

Wow, I'm definitely going to try the potato method! Has anyone done the method for peeling eggs? Is he saying add 2 tsp baking soda to the boiling water?
