The Federal Food Program at school. My daughter gets free lunch and Free breakfast...it runs Monday thru Friday including through the summer...except for holidays. She only goes though...when she's in school...but if needs be I could take her there twice a day in the summer and get her fed.
In some states they have a Food Program that helps out those that no longer can qualify for WIC. Usually if you ask WIC where/how you can get continued help with food subsidies, they will give you info on it or direct you to someone else who can. When my kids were younger and I was struggling and couldn't qualify for squat, I was able to at least qualify for the food program and get a monthly box of canned and dried goods. I don't even know if this type of Food Program still exists with all of the cutbacks over the years, but it is definitely worth checking into.

That looks similar to what was available to us, but years ago the Food Program offered the monthly boxes of food (it wasn't a months worth of food, it was just distributed once a month) for FREE.
The programs that are listed via your link are the more current organizations that offer food to the public at a discounted (my church hosts Angel Food Ministries the last Saturday of every month) price. But even so, there are still FREE Food Programs still in existance because DDs friends grandfather volunteers at one of these centers himself.
