Please pray for my family

I need prayer. Alot of you know my Mom is in recovery from breast cancer and breaking both wrists and one leg. My stepdad is in the hospital. A few months ago he had 3 heart surgeries. Now it is worse than that. He went to the hospital Sunday night and might not make it. He has 2 tumors in his back and it is spreading very fast. He is now paralyzed from the waist down. It is so sad to see him like this. I believe in miracles so please pray for his healing. This is why I haven't been on here hardly at all. I have been visiting him and praying. I have been crying alot. Please pray for my family.
Just found out a little while ago it is bone cancer. My Mom's Mother died from bone cancer.:sad: It is hard to take right now but I am still trying to have faith.
My Mom told me tonight that it is a rare form of cancer attacking the bones. I am trying not to fall apart and be strong for my Mom. He is in great spirits and full of faith.
The Doctor said yesterday evening that is is terminal and he has 5 years max to live but with the Lord he can live longer. I don't want him to suffer and I ask the Lord to heal him or take him home. I don't want to be selfish and wish him to live just to be paralyzed and in pain. He had to have emergency surgery last night to relieve pressure in the tumors. He is getting ready for radiation and another surgery. The radiation will take 2 weeks. My Mom is still having to do radiation and therapy every day and work and be with him. She can't quit her job because she is holding the insurance. My stepdad is retired. She needs prayer too she is exhausted and has to drive 4 hours a day and work 8 and be with him but hanging in there. He has now been told he has a rare form of something called Multiple Cell Lympnoma I think and it is fast growing (of course we figured that since he has become paralyzed in a few days). The Dr. said that fast growing cancer is easier to treat with radiation. I hate seeing him like this. I still have to trade right now because money is tighter than ever but it is hard to concentrate. If I forgot someone on a trade please pm me so I can get it right. I don't think I have but I want to make sure.
My Mom called me today and the operation went well. My Stepdad had to have an emergency surgery because the tumors were crushing his vertebrae. The surgery has taken some of the pressure off of him and now he can sit up some and can feel some movement in his leg and foot! The Dr. said the Lord is starting to work miracles! I am so happy he has a Dr. that is full of faith.
I have new news (10/16/09 My Stepdad got transferred to Nashville which is great news. My Mom will only be 5 minutes away from her work to go see him. That is good news, but the bad news is that the Dr. told them last night he will have chemo, radiation, therapy and that will only prolong his life. He will be a parapalegic in a wheelchair and not being able to move except his hands. I do not want this for him. He is not that old, 65 and loves the outdoors. I have cried but I am still in faith that the Lord will continue to move in him. I am a miracle several times over. I have been blind in one eye before for 5 weeks, deaf in both ears for 2 months one time, and I should have died 7 years ago when I broke my head open. My head is totally healed. BUT I didn't die and I can hear and see! The Dr. didn't know why I lost my eyesight or my hearing but I had TONS of prayer and the Lord came through. My son died when he was 2 for 6 minutes and the Dr. said it was the Lord that brought him back to life. He should have had brain damage but he didn't. He graduated with A's and one A- Prayer warriors keep the faith and please put Larry (my stepdad) on every prayer list you can find. Thanks so much to everyone that I have a great place with great friends to lean on in these times of trouble. My husband and children are the best and I thank the Lord for them daily. I will keep everyone posted when I hear more news.

I haven't had much new news but my Mom did find out yesterday that she is getting a month paid leave. Hallelujah! That is a answer to prayer. He is hanging in there and wants to be healed so badly. I thank everyone for your kindness and thoughts and prayers.

Oh wow.....I'm very sorry to hear about the things going on with your family right now. That is a lot for anyone to deal with, I would be crying a lot too. Hugs and prayers to you.

Oh, I am so sorry. I will be thinking about you and your family. Hang in there - you are doing everything you can. Please take care of yourself and reach out for help when you need it.
