It does not cost me OOP, but bubble-gum television. Does it improve my mind? No, but I while away many hours, whether as a sole activity or as background while performing chores (or reading HCW).
Is there something you buy for yourself (not family, not friends, just YOU!) that you will splurge on or just can't do without? I've asked this before but we have a ton of new members and I'm just curious about what everyone loves. I'll go first:
1. Coffee. I like high-end coffee -- whole bean. I have my own grinder and a coffee maker that it took me months to research and find. One day I want to buy some 100% Kona, not blended, but the real deal -- I just can't justify it though. Maybe I'll get some as a gift someday.
2. Tyler Candles. I know we all get tons of smellies for free, but I actually pay for this one. My favorite scents are 2-spoiled and vanilla oak. Heavenly!
What about you?

Good, old-fashioned, sugar filled, pink Double Bubble.
I can not live without:
1. My coffee it is instant cappuccino but my favorite and I am the only one who drinks it.
2. My fake french nails I only go like once a month and I don't do the fills but I get new ones about every month, it makes me feel pretty even though I never have the chance to dress up or do make-up.
3. My hair, about once a year I get it cut and colored it cost around $100.00 but this is a once a year thing (and now my new fiance's sister is a hairdresser, maybe I'll gat a discount! LOL)
4. I am trying to diet I try very hard not no pay to much but unfortunately I don't usually have coupons for fruit and veggies and it is hard having all the goodies around but I am trying, that's what I keep telling myself!
Once in a great while, a nice Coach purse ;)
I also like gourmet coffee. My favorites are 100% Jamaican Blue coffee (stock up when we go to Jamaica), 100% Kona (first bought it when in Hawaii).
I love Yankee candles, they are my favorite.
I love Russell Stover chocolates and Lindt truffles every now and then since I am a chocoholic.

Books, especially cookbooks.
Nevah, evah pay full price!
Haves & Wishes Please PM me if you would like to trade! I don't check the database on a daily basis.
I don't ever really spend money on myself. A "splurge" for me is going to Goodwill and buying a new top or pair of jeans when I'm shopping for the rest of the family.
BUT...I love to watch sports on TV. Especially college basketball. And I've been known to switch days off at work, if my team is playing on a night I'm scheduled to work. My boss knows it...and she's ok with it!
I love Promise Land Chocolate Milk...I hardly ever buy it - but it is so good when you want chocolate!!!
I also love Yankee and Trimmings Candles - but I usually just get the CVS knock off kind - I can't bear to pay that much $$ for myself. That and I have SOOO many candles that I really need to use what I have.
Kex chocolate candy from IKEA - I hardly go - but when I do I have to try so hard not to buy 20 bags!!! I uaually allow myself 1-2 bags and then I have to get one "for everyone else" so they won't eat mine!!!
And cookbooks...I love them, looking at them, reading them, and trying new things! But I don't have space for many - so I'll sit at Borders and only look at cookbooks when we go!!
Good luck at the dr.
Bath & Body Works!
Another guilty pleasure for me is the Real Housewives series.
