DSwas just in an auto accident with his father - They are both okay, but still...

I had just gotten home from the store when DS's #1 and #2 come in the door. I'm confused as they are 12 and were to be at their father's (who lives 20 minutes away) until tomorrow. DS#1 seemed normal, but DS#2 was white as a ghost. At first I thought maybe they were just stopping in for something then I saw my DM and figured something went wrong. Apparantly DS#2 was in the car w/ his DF when someone tried to merge or something and ended up hitting them. There were witnesses that were able to attest to what happened so I am going with the story I was told. Either way the airbags deployed and the front and had major damage and of course the car needed towed. DS#1 was in a separate car w/ his 1/2 DB and 1/2 DS and his DSM so they were all okay as well. They couldn't get ahold of me because I'm on DS's old phone which is broken and only works here and there - but I traded him because I thought it was more important he have a phone for when he needed me. I felt absolutely terrible I wasn't able to get the phone call and go get him. Absolutely thankful to my DM for her being home and able to go get them!! Poor DS #2 though. He his having it rough with this - startled enough to want to come home. He had a shower and seems physically okay, but he is really quiet right now. I'm so happy everyone was alright, but I am still on the verge of tears when I think about it and his face when he came in. Thanks for letting me vent.
