Is this cheap or just thrifty?

I've done the accidental conditioner thing twice recently. I made a big mess, but I did manage to get most of it back in the bottle. There's no way I'm letting that go down the drain!

I can be cheap-- I have recently discovered that I can use tweezers to get the stuff out of my Pledge pet hair sweeper so I never have to throw it away when it gets full. I also use the same paper towel at least twice when I'm washing out my cats' food dishes.

But there are certain things I just won't reuse, like Ziploc bags and plastic food containers. Being forced to wash and resuse these as a kid growing up prevents me from doing it now.
