Would you open the door wearing just underwear?

Always fully dressed and the house spotless. I am not looking for trouble and only my husband needs to see me in my birthday suit.

Um ya otherwise plumber was here this morning, and I was showered and dressed...and normally i'd still be in my pj's.

Wow...I used to be a wild child (literally 13 and 12 years old) and I have answered the door in shorts short enough to be called underware.. but that is no longer my cup of tea. Now I have answered the door in my pj's maybe striped pants and big t shirt or a above the knee shirt that has 3 bunnies on it and say Some bunny loves me with capri's under.. lol Nothing revealing not even close..

Even my PJs are pretty modest.

When I know somebody is coming over, you can be sure that I'll be fully dressed and looking presentable. Now there have been a couple of times when I've had to answer the door in my pajamas with my hair wet from the shower and a towel on my head, but that only happens for those lovely "surprise" situations!

Swiper no swiping! You swiped my response about scaring someone away. When the house next to me was up for sale I swore if a family of 16 brats pulled up to look at it that I was gonna do a naked rain dance in the front yard..... they'd run and never look back!

That couple in their undies was probably just trying to get a reaction. Odd folks!

LOL - Tuesday AM while I was in the shower, ds came into the bathroom to say there was a construction man at the door.

I knew the phone fixer guy was going to show up at some point that day... he got there way earlier than I thought he'd show up.

I told ds (age 6 1/2) to go back down the hallway and not open the door but to yell 'my mom will be right out' but he wouldn't because he was just in a tee shirt and his underwear.

So instead the poor phone guy could look down the hallway to see a little boy sticking his head around the corner. lol

But yeah, there's no way I'd open the door to anyone without some kind of shorts and shirt on. My house being spotless.... ha - I'd never open my door if I waited for that. I have 2 kids - my house isn't spotless - it's lived in!!

DH used to deliver home heating oil - he says that the higher the price of oil got, the less clothing the women of the house would wear to open the door. As if flashing him was going to somehow make the price of their oil go down!! lol

I don't even walk around the house like that, but DH does... so more often than not, I'll be the one answering the door while he is putting pants on.

The kids wear full clothing at least 75% of the time, except when it's cold, then they are in their footie pjs most days.

I do get the paper in my robe though. it's a full bath robe! that's only once a week...

If I had to be fully dressed and with a clean house I would never answer the door .....i live in tank tops, hardly ever wear a bra (not much there) and if your lucky u might catch me in some "dressy" shorts but usually its just the short knit boxer style shorts. I believe I am growing up though because I finally got rid of all my shorts with logos on the butt.

Pajamas are 1 thing, but I draw the line at panties & no bra. He said the girl forgot they were coming out, & it looked like she just crawled out of bed. He told her they could reschedule, she told them to come on in. I guess it's possible she forgot she was in her undies, or they were very secure with their body. After 3 kids, there's no way in h*ll anyone would see me open the door like that.

He's told me some stories that just blow my mind. There was the maggot & roach house, or the house with so much dog poo inside you had to kick it out of the way. My personal favorite is when he got hit on by a lady in her 60's, she started running her hand up his sleeve.
