Interesting...maybe I should find out my blood type. How do you find out what blood type you are, would my doctor have it in my charts?
A friend of mine came home to visit for a few days and we started talking about this . well her mom and her mom's sister are checking out the book. I went on-line today and bought the book and it should be here soon.
I was watching the Paula White show this mg and she was talking about how your type effects you when you don't eat the right foods that match it also. I have heard many people talk about this lately.
I am going to read up on this and maybe I can change somethings around and start to feel better.
Does anyone else do this?
I think I am a A + , but my hb is ab -

nmeadows0101 this is interesting. I roo am A+ so if you don't mind please give an update on if you like the book, and have tried anything the book has recomended once the book arrives to you. This has me curious.
I heard about this a few weeks ago, and did a little bit of research. It's based on the theory that early man was type O, and that type O people are generally meat eaters. I'm O+ and am allergic to meat. So...I'm probably the exception to the rule...as usual!
This book originally came out in the early 1990's, & I read it. This is the funniest part: I thought I was an "O+", and ate according to that list-& convinced myself I felt much better. In fact, I was THE TOTAL OPPOSITE of Blood Type "O+"!!!!!!!!!
So, I had a big laugh at myself. I quit doing it, because I wondered if it just was because the book made me eat more fruits & veggies than I did before. Also, I thought of our super healthy ancestors who didn't have this, & were still OK.
But for those with allergies who don't know it, & severe health problems that want to improve,
I can see the benefit. The pH in our bodies do have
a huge impact on our health.
A great portion of advice has to do with not eating wheat. I wonder if their are Celiacs out there who don't know it, & are benefitting from being gluten-free. It is true medically what he says about excessive processed wheat being inflammatory to our bodies. In the end, if you feel better-it doesn't matter if he is right or not!

OP, What is the title of this book and the name of the author? To echo other people, I would also be interested in hearing more about what you learn from this book.
XUfan, I didn't know people could be allergic to meat. Is it all meat that you're allergic to, or just certain types? What are the symptoms of a meat allergy? And how did you get diagnosed?
