I went to see the house yesterday it is beautiful ..spiral stairs, 6 bedrms, 1&1/2 baths, full dinning rm, kitchen, wrap around porch, nice size backyard, 2 car garage, but there is no cabinet space in the kitchen barely enough for pots and pans :sad: so now I have to go and invest in cabinets to put in and find shelving for either free or super cheap . today i went and drained out our savings account we had $600 and I had to take it out to put it on the downpayment and pay the electric bill. :hectic1: it was for our trip in June but now we cant go:sad: not only that now we have to come up with $3000 to get into the house and a month to come up with it ..ugh.. so today we've been racing around to figure out who wants to buy the house we are in now just to get the money for the $3000. we already have 1 loan out for the entire house. and really cant afford another loan . not only that money is tight as is keeping up to date on the bills at this house. does it get better? :shrug7: we need a 6 bedroom house with 5 kids and this one the owner is willing to work with us and pay the forclosure and hand back $3000 after the closing. but we need that money now :sad: I want to cry and laugh at the same time but a month seems such a short amt of time .:sad::shrug7:
