Hurricane Party!!!!!!!

...well, I guess it will have to be a Tropical Storm party. Lots of people around here gather together in larger houses and wait out the storm while they get drunk off their butt. I guess they feel if they are going to die, they'd rather be in a state of not careing that it's going to happen. :shrug7:

Anyway, since I don't drink, but will be keeping an eye on it, I thought I'd post to see who on here is going to be effected.

I'm in Greenville, NC. They are saying we will be right in the middle, but it should only have winds of around 60 mph when it gets here. Nothing to worry about really, but it's exciting non the less.

I'm not much of a drinker myself. When Gustav blew threw here last week we had a hurricane party. That's when our freezer starts to thaw out we BBQ all our meat and invite the neighbors over. There was steak, pork chops and hamburgers. Just meat, nothing else, ha ha! Now, that's a hurricane party!!!

The last time I heard about a hurrican party was when Camille hit and I belive only 1 person survived that specific party. I know these hurricanes are not where near what Camille was, but never under estimate hurricane.
