As of 5pm, Ike is a cat 4 moving 15 mph and has winds of 135 mph.

He's still on a path thru the north of Cuba and then going to New Orleans.

As of 8am est Ike is moving NW at 8mph (not a good thing) with winds at 85mph making it a Cat 1
The tropical force winds extend out 150 to 200 miles so this is a pretty strong storm.
We are staying put, we are 150 miles inland, but my main worry is tornadoes.

I think Ike is just confused, he is looking for Anna Mae (she's in Switzerland) He is headed directly for Texas. To all that don't know, Tina has a concert coming to Houston on October 27 and Ike wants to be here when she show's up. Maybe he didn't get the memo, somebody please help him out. He trying to surprise her, but looks like he's the one that's going to be surprised.
