I saw her on a show not too long ago, and infact my local news just did a segment about saving money at the grocery store. They didn't really mention coupons at all though. But I looked online and they referenced her, and her tips and website as well.

Anybody see the spot on the Today show (this AM) about the family slashing their budget by half? they showed her using a total of like 2 coupons for a savings of a whole $5!!! She did buy veggies and fruits at the farmer's market..but how much more could they have saved on groceries if she'd have been more coupon savvy (rhetorical question)

Ah. I googled 'coupon mama' and came up with another couponing website where HCW is mentioned. I'm still trying to figure out whose it is. Someone in Idaho, I think, but beyond that, who knows?

Oh, I see. Coupon Mom is the first website I tried using a while back (maybe a year ago??) and there is a subscription fee. Sadly I signed up but could never get the q's to print - EVER - so I wasted $$ on it. (I'm sure it was just me and just my 'puter.) Anyway, I gave up on trying the whole couponing thing for a year or more until my sis saw a news segment that mentioned HCW. Wahooo!! And, as they say, the rest is history.

Stephanie Nelson's (coupon mom) site has always been free and she supports a lot of not-for-profit organizations. I used to go there regularly until I found HCW and now I hardly ever go there anymore because this site is just too addicting and has everything I need and more! Even with this, I still give her sight a thumbs up because it helped me a lot when I was just starting out couponing again and so I appreciate that.

HCW though, is the icing on the cake and all the toppings and more on my ice cream.

I watched last night at 9:00 PT and didn't see her. I also recorded today's show @ 5:00 and nothing there. I'll check out the one at 9:00pm, I don't know if it's the same as the one at 5:00? But it still is on Dave's website and says she'll be on "tonight".
