Why are people so rude and assume the worse?

As most of you know, I have a blog outside of HCW that is in my sig line. I only promote HCW in my blog. I post deals as found here on HCW and give credit all the time.

I allow comments on my blog both by named people and anonymous people. The reason I allow anonymous comments is because I know not everyone wants to set up an account to leave a named comment. But I moderate all comments before they show up on my blog.

Well lately I have been getting some VERY RUDE, uncalled for comments. This last one has got me irked in particular. This JERK hiding behind the anonymous title is assuming I am committing fraud because I have more that two of a kind of IP coupons.

Here is what the PITA had to say:

The reason most stores won't take online coupons is because people like you are over-abusing them. When you print one or two, it is promotional savings, but what you are doing is fraud. Who in the world needs what you have in your home? It would be one thing to do this, and keep out of the stores for months, but you keep returning to do this. Do you feel as though this is fraud? It says on all online coupons that it should be void if copied. What gives?

Now many of you on this board know I traded for you for these very coupons!

There's something about the safety-net of anonymity on the web that causes the worst to come out of people.

Can you set it up to where it's anonymous when you approve it, but their email address shows up to you?

I think what you do and how you are able to save so much is amazing!! I go to your blog several times a day to see if you have updated yet. Dont worry what these rude people say, it is NOT coupon fraud. You trade for the IP coupons you get and theres nothing wrong with that. I went to walmart today and I had 7 of the $5/1 Zantac IP coupons that I traded for and the cashier was kinda rude and was like "How did you print all of these?" I just smiled and said I had lots of friends print with for me lol

Ignore these type of people. They will assume anything if they aren't in the know or in control.

If this has anything to do with me boasting about your annual budget and how it's so amazing, I am truly sorry. I only wish I could do this as well as you. You are an inspiration (sp I think) to us.

Oh my gosh some people leave me speechless. You Erin are remarkable and doing a fantastic job as a Mom, and head of your household. You are taking the time to budget, coupon and take care of your family in an phenomenal way. I for one think you are amazing you trade for these coupons . Keep your chin up and know that there are so many of us that read your blog are inspired and proud of you.
