SNOX just yelled down the stairs at her brother, "ALEX! Get yer butt up here... right NOW!"

I'm rolling on the floor! Like Lesley, I know that one was definitely from me!

This morning the kids were playing nice and quietly and not jumping on mommy for a change. Carly(almost 2) and Parker (3 1/2) started fighting over a toy when I hear Parker shout out "Carwy Rwos (Carly Rose) time OUT!"

The funny thing is she toddled over to the time out corner and sat her happy little butt down. LOL

I teach Sunday School and I was preparing my students for the annual Christmas play. One little girl (about 5y/o) asked me if she could choose what she was going to be. I told her that we would see. We started listing all of the characters that were at the nativity and and she then yells out..."MISS ANNIE!!!! I AM GOING TO BE THE PRINCESS!!!!" I never did get it out to her that there was not a princess at the nativity...and she was completely satisfied in believing in her own pretty little mind that the angel was the princess!!!

Kids are just too cute.

Last week, my youngest and I were shopping and I was looking at the makeup. There was another shopper there who was obviously a man dressed fully in drag. The boy was very quiet for a bit (he usually is a chatterbox) then he goes "MOMMY! IS IT OK FOR ME TO SAY HI TO DAT FAKE LADY?????" I about crawled under the basket and died.

A number of years ago, my nephew Tim, who was 3 or 4, was riding in the car with my parents. My parents were devoutly religous people and wanted to be sure Tim knew about ***** and the Bible. My Mom asked little Tim if he had ***** in his heart. Tim looked at her wide eyed and said, " Nooooo!" Confused, my Mom asked him, "Why Tim! Why don't you have ***** in your heart??" To which Tim replied, "'cause when I eat rice it would fall on his head!"
