I haven't gotten any yet!
on either mine or dh card!
But anyways heres my scenarios
Get two CG foundations BOGO
use a BOGO q
oop: 1.32 for tax (this is if I get the highest priced item which is 9.49) better safe than sorry
Repeat this three more times
Then get the breeze meter
use 30 q and ask for a price adjustment
oop: 1.05 for tax (based on the 14.99 sales price, not the retail price)
not sure if this gives an ecb or not, either way IDC cause it's for the MIL
Last trans
a freshmatic thing from airwick- sale- 4.99
use 4$ off q
oop: 1.34 with tax
I've found the easiest way to get my full price with tax is to look on the receipt and your tax percentage will be on there.
Since the tax here is 6.75%
I just use this equation
Price of item times .07 (6.75%=.07)
ex. Freshmatic will equal 4.99 on sale, so 4.99 times .07 equals .35 cents rounded off, then add .35 to the total before tax, and you have your whole oop.
And i'm now done writing my novel!![]()
Assuming the cheap gas x will work, will need to be confirmed on Saturday:
contour 14.99
gas-x 2.89
gas-x 2.89
-$4/$20
-$1 gas x
-$1 gas x
-$14.99 contour
=-$.22
Earn $10 and $14.99 ECBs
Of course this won't work for me because I will never find either of these products in stock. LOL

Okay quick q for my meter scenario.
Will the 30 q even work since the q states Breeze2 or Contour since the meter on sale for 14.99 is the Ascenia Glucose meter?
Or is Ascencia the company that makes these meters?
thank you so much!

Depending on if you want to actually know how much tax you are going to spend or if you just want to know your oop with tax - you can do a slightly quicker/easier tax calculation. If you want to know how much tax, use the formula you stated, if you just want to know the total with tax try this:
Price of item x 1.(your tax) in this case 1.07 (or 1.0675)
This will give you the total without having to add anything back in.
ex. Freshmatic is 4.99 x 1.07 = 5.34 (rounding up to the nearest penny)
to be slightly more accurate: 4.99 x 1.0675 = 5.33
Easier, no?![]()
