I have gotten the bags at 4 different stores, they were all 'in ' the case that the EOB lotions and such are in, pretty much on a corner of it.

Ugh. I went aisle by aisle today. The spot for the bags on the display was empty. No toe separators. No nail brushes. Only the $1.99 eye make-up applicators. I am going to wait and hit a different store tomorrow when I am in town. I think they just never stocked them. I am fairly certain I am *alone* in this CVS b/c there has been the same amount of free CVS pain reliever all week and plenty of those purple pamphlets with the coupon.

No rebates on the ones I've seen. I may wait until later in the month and get one just to keep my ECBs fresh, especially since I have somewhere I can donate monitors.

Is this display in the makeup section of CVS?

At my stores (all 3 of them) the display is a huge entire end of an aisle near the bath products and makeup - all EOB stuff and the bags are tucked into little cubby-holes on both sides of it. Also, I was able to get the little facial exfoliator buffs at my stores - they are not on the endcap but w/ the regular section of bath stuff (sponges, etc). At one store, they had the $1.49 sale tag up and a tag advertising the EOB ECB deal, at another store they were marked at the regular $3.99 but rang up at $1.49 and counted for the deal.
