Newbie not sure if i can put this here sorry if not. i went to my favorite cvs tonight. i did 2 transactions and when i got home i noticed that on my 2nd transaction it didnt give me the credit for my eob purchase.i also noticed that it didnt show credit of the amount i spent towards my tresemme deal . should i call or just let it go? i paid with ecbs and very little oop but i hate to have to buy eob 2 more times to get the 5 ebcs when i only needed to buy 1 more?:frown: What should i do

My guess is you did the transactions too close together. This happened to me on 3 of my deals on Saturday night. Apparently you need to space them out a bit for the system to acknowledge your purchases. My mom had this happen to her a couple weeks ago, and the totals and ECBs spit out a couple days later without her having to do anything. If mine doesn't show up correct by tomorrow (48+ hours later), I'm going to call CS and they should be able to combine them manually so that I get the ECBs on a later trip.

I guess we are all used to how ATMs work.

ATMs update your account in 'real time.'

Two withdrawls back-to-back and your account's balance immediately reflects those deductions.

Whereas your CVS ECB balances are not updated in real time but at a later time.

Maybe every one hour, ½ day, or even 24 hours.

So, you will not see an update to your ECB balances immediately after that second transaction.
