I live in Louisville KY and shop the Bardstown Rd store... let me say they have GREAT customer service! I usually show up on Sunday Nights/Monday mornings, but I went today just for giggles, and they were all stocked up, had lots to spare. The customer service is always so friendly, and when I checked out with the store manager he said to me " You got paid three dollars to shop here! Well done!" He just loves when people come in and use coupons, because he's moving more product!

I've been to three different CVS stores. One in Hueytown, one in McCalla, and one on/near Green Springs. [Alabama] The last one is def my favorite, I went in there for the first time last wk to do the coke deal. I got 10 powerade and 10 pringles... the manager walked past me and saw everything I had and asked if I wanted him to check and see if there were any additional flavors in the back for the Pringle cans (my favorites were gone LOL). There weren't any but he was very kind about it & tried to help me... never had that before!

I also had that stupid problem on a previous trip (diff CVS) where I bought the glade products and didn't get the ECB. Called corporate and they couldn't help, said it would do no good to go back to the store because they couldn't print it manually (even though I HAD a sticker that was on the bottle showing proof of the ECB deal...). I took the sticker and receipt to this other CVS and the cashier printed my ECB for me no problem! Apparently they either get a lot of couponers there, or else they actually know what they're doing. I think both. ;)

It's only 2 minutes from my school... so they're going to start seeing a lot of me. LOL

Lexington, VA - a few of the cashiers are very coupon friendly but the assistant manager always gives me the look like I'm cheating the store out of money or products. One cashier is always interested to see how much I can save and says I even taught her how to combine sales and coupons and roll ECB's. I only really have trouble with BOGO sales and using 2 coupons with the assistant manager. So now I just try not to ever check out with her.

Buena Vista, VA - this store is my backup if the other store is out of sale items. But they're don't seem as supportive of coupons although I really haven't had too many problems there. They just don't really know me there I guess.

We don't have many CVS'ers in my area apparently. I'm pretty much a phenomenon at both CVS and the grocery store. And I'm only a pretty good saver/stockpiler.

Don't go here. They are just plain mean. The manager has always been a coupon hater and is a spy. I stopped to get my sister in law a few things since she's on a fixed income and can't really get out and used her card but the cashier who is always rude and never smiles at me when I check out with her looked near the register when I handed her my card and apparently they have my card number wrote down and she said you have to use your card. She was reallly rude and made me embarressed. So I left. I don't know why some stores are so mean and rude and others are so great. I guess I won't be going back there because they made me mad.
