I tried the Revlon deal tonight.
Bought a quad of eye shadow and a bottle of the custom creations make up ( the new one that has a $2 off coupon out ).
no ECBs printed,and at the bottom of the receipt it said that only the eye shadow counted towards the offer.
but the make-up is in the picture in the ad.

The Revlon deal is a money maker if you can find 10 packs of emery boards (they're 1.99 and there's a $1Q). This was the cheapest Revlon item I could find. Most of the other Revlon beauty tools were $3 and up.

the peeps are on the picture are listed at 8 cents but they are 88 cents a piece the other 8 was cut off.
