Thank you too-old-now. I went up to CVS to get that $15 for American Greetings since I was at $12.04 but when I got there the sign in the card section said it was $20. I bought $10 worth of birthday cards since there will be 11 birthdays in my family for the month of March. When I looked at my receipt it said $18.02 for the American Greetings YTD. That is crazy cause I had the $12 and bought $10 worth of American Greetings. Im guessing it certain cards but thought it was any AG cards. It looked like that was all they carry. But good did come from this I got two coupons for $3 and $4 off my next purchase. YEAH!!!
How much do I thee? Let me count the coupons

I am still confused as to how the ECB work. Everyone says they will print out on your reciept 48 hours after you earn them. About a month ago I think, there was a $1 ECB for Excedrine that I bought. I have been to CVS twice since then and still haven't gotten the ECB. I tried it again today with the $4 ECB on Loreal Pro Vive shampoo & conditioner and will go back this weekend to see if it will print.

Are you sure that you bought the right product? Are you sure that the cashier actually scanned your card? Is the ECB showing online as being in your account? If it is showing, you can always print it from there if it won't print in the store.

Ok, I just checked and it seems I have 2 cards. The one in my wallet and the new one on my keychain from when I lost my keys. I never thought about making sure they were the same. I got it pulled up online and it says under ExtraCare Promotion History that the $1 was there for the Excedrine. If you wait too long between visits does it not print anymore? Possibly that DH went in and it printed for him. He just crumples his reciept and never looks at it, so he wouldn't have seen it.

That's how I ended up with two cards in my name also. Never remembered I had a card, and then got a card when I started couponing. Unbeknownst to me, dh was using the original card. That was the reason my calculations for quarterly ECB for prescriptions never 'added up'.

Ok - I have another stupid question... I know that somewhere in the past I read something about someone mentioning this.

The cashier never asked for me extracare card and I completely forgot to give it as she messed up with the previous customer and caused this huge line. And I didn't buy anything that was on sale w/the EC card. So she scanned my cpns and then I realized that she hadn't scanned my card and so I gave it to her as I needed it to use my ECB. So she scanned it and I used my ECB and then I paid the balance. I had purchased the Maybelline Lip & the Nice N'Easy. My question is I thought someone mentioned something about the cpns getting scanned before the card and that may mess it up or maybe I just remember it incorrectly. Will I be able to get my ECBs credited properly? Or did I mess up? Thanks! The card was scanned before the end of the transaction but not before the MFG cpns.

    Everything should be fine.

Yeah, my $4 ECB showed up online this morning, so I went ahead and printed them off. One question- on it, it says Limit One Coupon Per Customer. Does that mean I can only use one printout of ECB on each visit? I was trying to keep the total ECB on each transaction kind of low in case there isn't much I can use them on that week.

I haven't had a problem using more than 1 ECB per transaction in ages. You shouldn't have any problems.
