Huggies wipes lorell question

I am pretty new to CVS, this is my 2nd week. I wanted to get the 2 of the Huggies wipes for 7.99 I believe the ones with the multi colored stripes on the package. the ad said buy 2 and get 2ECB I believe. I got 1 3 pack and got 1ecb all they had i wanted to complete the deal but I cant find any more. i also didnt see an ECB sale sign there. I know the natural care are on sale for 5.99 but no ECB what am I missing??

also on the lorell deal my reciept said I need 4.90 to complete my deal and get 5ECB. OK I am having a hard time finding qualifing items. I tried to buy a mascara. it didn't register on my receipt as part of the deal. I am confused whats the trick?

You can buy Huggies Natural Care Wipes 3pk @$7.99 (2) times and each one would give you a $2 ECB. If you found the Natural Care 3pk on sale for $5.99, then you found yourself a better deal.

As for the L'Oreal it should have registered on your receipt UNLESS you tried to buy something on clearance. Clearance items don't count towards the deal.
