In mine oreos is actually pictures, but it pictures the 100 calorie packs so I would think that means any oreos product would be participatig because it does say any participating brand.

I can't see it as "coupon fraud."
The wording is very vague.

I agree, it's very vague! Why does it say "any participating brand" when there is only one brand shown?
I consider the "brand" to be Nabisco, and the pictures to show varied products within the brand.
They should just say any Nabisco cookies or crackers, like they've always done.

it doesn't just state ANY... it says participating and shows the participating products. This is why not a single coupon blog on the web is telling you to use it on a product not shown.

And you can use a garnier shampoo coupon on a styling product and it will go through but it doesn't make it ok to do it just because the register takes it.

Exactly, it doesn't state "on THESE participating products". WE didn't know which Nabisco products are "participating products" but we do now

And we all know not to go by the picture, as they cannot put every single Nabisco Cookie/Cracker Product on the coupon.

isis, that's why you are the boss! Calling Nabisco to stop argument, you rock!

But I have to disagree on not being able to put every single product on coupon: just make coupons 3 x 5 feet and you can fit them all!

Also I think couponing blogs are not going crazy over this deal, because only few areas got them ($3/3). And if you will look on auctioning website they go up to $15 for 20 qs. Not really a bargain.
