I printed the form. It indicates $50 before sales tax and coupons. What's more, the fine print reads "Total price paid does not include manufacturer or retail product coupon, deductions, or sales tax". Doesn't that mean that the original price must exceed $50, not the oop?

Yes. Just circle the item & price that printed on the receipt.

Anyone know if CVS can look up a receipt. I just sorted through my old ones and junked them a couple of days ago and today I see this. And of course I just bought a huge amount and J&J baby stuff from them this week *sniffle*
