I'm confused - Sent to card ECB's

When I look at my account on CVS.com, it has two items listed under "Your rewards and coupons". I have $1 ECB that expires today and printed on 7-2-11. I also have a $1.99 ECB that expires on 8-25-11 and printed on 7-26-11.

I do not find a paper copy of the $1 ECB and on my receipt from 8-25-11, I have a $2 ECB, $2 ECB and a $1.99 ECB. Is this $1.99 ECB the same one that is listed online? Why aren't the other two listed? Are those online ones that were sent to my card? Am I supposed to print those off and use them too?

Sorry but I don't understand what is going on and I don't want to lose ECB's that I didn't know I had.

The other 2 aren't listed if you already spent them. What's listed online is what you haven't used yet.

Then I don't know. I have noticed CVS isn't always accurate in my online account.

I noticed last week that the account online is not accurate AT ALL - it did not have any of the unused ECB's showing at all.

And some of them were over a week in my possession, so their system is not accurate online.

Thanks for the answers. I guess I won't worry about it then. I just wanted to make sure there were not two different things going on.

that online thing is messed up! At one point, they were going to have an option to send your ECBs to your card, then they decided not to go through with it. I wouldn't worry about any ECBs that are showing.
