Bummer about the card. I got an email but my mom and the spare card could not. I was also silly enough to pay full price for it since I was so worked up about other transactions going ok.

I was very surprised when they outright refunded full price to my cc ecen though I'd paid less due to ECB. Is that normal? I was expecting to have to offset the difference.

Well, I just called customer care asking why I never recieved my card. After being on hold for 20 minutes I finally got a person who told me "oops, the person you placed the order with just forgot to send it out." She said she would send it and I would recieve in three to four weeks. When I told her about all the good kiosk coupons I could not get because of this in the past, and for the next month now also, I got basically an "oh, well" and really not much they can do about it. LOL Wow, how is that for customer service? She did say "Sorry about that", but that does not make up for this and didn't really even sound sincere.

no coupon for me either, but I just got back from CVS - and wow people were irate over this pepsi coupon fiasco. One lady insisted she received an email and then when she scanned her card she got nada! Poor CVS employees.

I didn't get the email but went to CVS today and got the coupon.

I received the email and got the coupon from the scanner. My sister did not get the email but also got the coupon from the scanner. The only problem was the 1st store we went to, my sister got the last regular pepsi. The 2nd store did not have any pepsi at all! Finally at the 3rd store, I was able to get a diet pepsi, but there were only 4 12-pks on the shelf.

I got the email and out of the 3 cards I had with me only mine got the offer. Also found in the store Coke liter bottles for .78. I guess that was an unadvertised special. So I scored 5 cokes and a 12 pack of Pepsi for less than $5.00. Don't see those kind of deals often.
