Can I use ECB's to purchase an item(s) where I'm going to be ECB's back?

Example: I have $5 in ECB's and I use to purchase Covergirl cosmetics where I get $7 ECB's with a purchase of $15.

That's called "rolling" your ecb's.

By rolling them on items that give back more ecb's, you can get a LOT of free stuff!

I love CVS for the same reason more than I do Walgreens... but, I have to say, I really do appreciate that CVS has limits... at least that way all of us can seem to get the stuff there... unlike Walgreens which has no limits, I can never score there anymore... I pretty much have given up on Walgreens... it's too much work and too much headache!
