Contact E-mail?
I had a problem at a store Saturday evening and was in a hurry, so I couldn't appropriately handle it like I normally would have. I had $18 in credit towards the Buy $20 get $10 in Airwick, Lysol, Electrasol deal. The 2 stores closest to me were out of the Airwick starter kits I had coupons for and wanted to complete my deal. I was headed home from my daughter's birthday party Saturday evening and stopped at a different CVS store to check their stock- they were completely out of the Electrasol and the Airwick starter kits. After I patiently waited in line at the register, the young gentlemen that was running the register said he didn't know how to do rain checks, that I'd have to come back at another time to take care of that.
Of course, the problem is, the ad ends Saturday! He said his manager was on lunch, so there was nothing he could do to help me. With 2 kids and a husband in the car, I couldn't wait around for them to pull themselves together... So, I am hoping that someone in customer service can help me to get a rain check for either an Airwick starter kit or Electrasol product that would net me back my $10 ECB... And, I needed a rain check on Similac for $4.99 as well. I have some $5 formula checks that I was looking forward to using, but they were out of stock of this too.
So, I was on the CVS website and can only find their phone #, no e-mail. I'm just so preterbed by the situation, I'm not sure I want to speak with someone over the phone- I am the calmest when writing, not speaking... Can anyone provide me an e-mail address for CVS customer service regarding ECB's? Thank You!!

re: Contact E-mail?
I don't think they have the option to Email anymore, someone else mentioned it was gone from the website too. I prefer to email, but sometimes you just have to suck it up and call. But I would call the store first to speak to the manager, explain what happened. I'm guessing there was nobody else the young cashier could have called to help him? With it being a new sales week, IDK if they can retro a RC.

Yeah i would call and talk to the store manager and explain the cashier didnt know how to write the raincheck. Although i would think all employees would be trained on how to write one. Its not rocket science! Keep that ad to bring in. they can write the raincheck with the event code if you still have that ad. And bring the receipt that states you are at $18 towards the reward. Hopefully the store manager is understanding and writes you your raincheck. It doesnt matter when the raincheck was written they just need the event code for that sale to put it in the register when the raincheck is redeemed to print the extra bucks for that deal.

re: Contact E-mail?
No, they apparently no longer offer emailing as an option. The last couple of times I emailed they replied something like "we think the best way for our customers to get answers for their questions is to call customer service."
I'd like to invite you all to visit my CVS blog: Simply CVS
