No way to email CVS, is this new?
I wanted to email CVS about a problem using an e-gift card at one of their stores last week. I'm *pretty sure* there was an email option at the cvs.com website at one time because I used it to send a compliment for one of "my" stores (I shop at!). Now when I click on "contact us" on the website, it only shows the two phone #'s (800 shop cvs for store questions/comments) and another 800 # for cvs.com), the only other option I see is you can write them (uh, "how do you do that, grandpa?"
).
I mentioned this to an asst mgr at CVS the other day & she was surprised. Do ya'll think it might be because CVS has been changing some of their stores from being open 24 hours to closing at midnight? (at least in the Houston, TX area) and they've been getting a buncha comments? I just find it strange that in this day and age, emailing wouldn't be an option.

Re: No way to email CVS, is this new?
I have two different email address I used to email to and when ever I email now I get a form letter saying they find it best to call customer service so I am thinking they don't want anything in writing for some reason. I much rather email than call.
I'd like to invite you all to visit my CVS blog: Simply CVS
