What is the deal at CVS on Loreal makeup? Apparently, the Loreal Kohl eye pencils and some other items are on sale too. If you can find a store with a scanner you can check the prices. Most of the old Eckerd stores that became CVS seem to have scanners and the new magic coupon machine is also a scanner. Also, the cashier let me use 20 Mentos coupons (he didn't care!).
