Free Neutrogena Split end Mender

I tried looking for this before posting but did not find anything about this unadvertised deal.
Went to CVS and saw signs for free after ecb "Neutrogena Split end Mender".I bought it and got my ecb.
Limit is 1 though.Good only this week.

yes it is $7.49 with $7.49 ecb.
I had a $1 q from tearpad which made it a mm.It is a 3 oz tube(not a bottle) and UPC # 07050112680

I can't find this stuff. Checked two stores in the hair shampoo section and the travel section at one store. Still nothing.

We missed it too but asked the gal putting truck up and she went right to it. There are three Neutrogena products together. At our store it was like one shelf up from the bottom near like Pantene, I believe.

It was not with the shampoo/conditioner stuff at the store I went, but with styling products.

is this considered a therapeutic hair care product? if so there is a coupon on the neutrogena website for $2/1

I believe the T-Gel coupon will not work for this.
The tear pad coupon I had said $1 off sun block items and in the end it said or any other neutrogena product and it beeped but the manager put that manually since it said any product.The coupon I got from walgreens in the beauty section.
This product is near styling products.There are 3 neutrogena products all are $7.49 but tags were only in front of this one so I did not try if any other will produce ecb or not.

It doesnt say t-gel on the coupon it says for any therapeutic product, thats why i was wondering if a split end product would be considered therapeutic....or is their line of therapeutic items only t-gel? i know tgel is the picture on the coupon, but pictures dont always tell you thats what product it has to be for.

My dad uses the t-gel stuff and its for dandruff. Could be a stretch to use since split end mender would be 'therapeutic'??
