Nice Manager

So after a TERIBLE day yesterday I needed some shopping thearpy. So what did I do......I went to CVS with coupons. Got two air wick I motions and 4 sobes for 2.14. BUT the GREAT part is this. Sunday I went in and got the crest toothpaste on sale to earn back 2.50 in ECB's, did not realize till i got home I had forgotten to use my coupons. Well I went in ther last night and just asked if there was something they could do. ( I didnt have the product with me, just the receit) And they gave me back 1.50. I gave him the coupons, of course! Isnt that awesome! Amazing how wondrerful 1.50 made me feel.

If you have time, it would be really nice if you would make a phone call to corporate about this....it makes the managers really happy to have a compliment instead of a complaint.

You may want to leave out that he gave you cash from the register....that may get the mgr in trouble. I'd just say he was very helpful in addressing your coupon issues when you came back in.

they def like to see posotive emails or contacts! they post those in the store all the time! The managers at the store i worked at would do that same thing if you forgot your coupons.

Called corporate and told them how nice and helpful he was they said they would contact his district manager and that the didstict manager would be the one to tell him he got a compliament on his service. Also it would go in his personal file. On a side note I did this at a resturant once(can't remember which one) and the waitress got a 50 dollar bonus.
