CVS ~ Clearance: 75% off Summer items

I'm in Pensacola, Florida.

Lots of Summer items 75% off.

They had :

Plastic Summer Plates, napkins,cups (I got 4 of these. They were .38 cents each), bowls, dip container, drink coolers.

Flip flops

Coolers

**Portable gas grill- I got 2 of these. They were $6.25 each.
4th of July decorations.

That's all I can remember right now.

I read somewhere else that in some stores the coolers with wheels and beach chairs with wooden handles were part of this clearance but they weren't for me. :-(

They had the Malibu patio set...I forgot to price check it. I heard that was part of this clearance as well.

the malibu patio set usually goes on clearance with it. coolers and chairs usually arent included. I worked at cvs. But the patio set gets as low as 30 bucks! im not sure maybe they go 90 too but weve never had any left by then! that would be like 14 bucks! last year i got some glass polka dotted icecream cups and plates and flip flops and such. if it is 75% now then next monday whatever is left should go to 90%. Monday afternoon/evening is usually when the change is completely in their system.

OK, I just want to cry. I traded for some Kingsford coupons which should have arrived but still had not on Saturday. Now the one item I was eyeing will be gone off the shelves before Tuesday.

Kigsford charcoal was not on clearance at my store but the summer toys are. Hopefully some towels will be left at 90% 3.75 for a towel is too high for me my buy price for towels is $2 (the really good ones of course)

I just came back from my CVS and they must have started early, the summer clearance is at 90%. They had Kraft salad dressing, Lawrys marinade, flip flops, weber seasonings,and seagrass beach bags. I checked out another CVS about 10 minutes away from my house and they are still at 50%. Go figure.

My store had some Toy Story 3 and Transformers toys intermingled in with the summer clearance toys. They were all 75% off with the summer stuff!

CHECK FAMILY DOLLAR! I was there today and saw the Kingsford (charcoal, but there were grills and other summer items) on sale; I don't know how much as I have a gas grill and wasn't interested, but I think the signs said either 50 or 75 % off.

My CVS girls are the best! They texted me before they put up the signs..They had the patio set for $30 but I passed it up lol.. I got

3- Really cute blue/teal & pink/orange beach bags
2- orange/blue polka dotted lunch bags
1- 6ft umbrella- normally 30 bucks
1- igloo striped chair for football games
1- grill

I'm happy! :)

Bought lots of goodies Dont have pic of cooler grill or patio set since its still in the car. My CVS gave me the heads up last night so I could hold it until tomorrow . They actually had 3 patio sets! They are so nice at this store.

The managers are the ones that decide when to put it down more. Wich is usually done weekly. They have to go in the computer and activate the discounts. I havent been in cvs much lately! I gotta do so in the next week or 2 before my extra bucks expire. I havent really looked down the summer aisles much either. Loved it when i worked there becuase i was usually the one hanging the signs! And i also knew what stuff was discounted. Beach and lawn chairs that are usually displayed on the tops of the aisles never get discounted they put em in the stock room for the next year. select coolers do get marked down though. Just a heads up though on the chairs very few and far between will you find one that is marked down! Learned that working their. And accidently having to give someone them at a discounted price and got a lil talking to about that!
