I just posted this to my blog Simply CVS and wanted to share it with you guys so you can be on the look out--hopefully you all have more success than I do with getting coupons from CVS. They just don't love me.

"My daughter received a silver folder from CVS with $3 in Extra Bucks inside "for one extraordinary customer" and it also says she will receive 20% off CVS brand and 10% off national brands thru 12/31 just by using her extra care card--but it is after coupons so will not be much, but the $3 extra bucks sure is nice. Alas, once again, I did not receive one. I guess I am not an extraordinary CVS customer, but rather an ordinary one."

A reader commented she got one that did not have the 20%/10% thing but it said get a weekly $5 off at the scanner thru 12/31--now that is sweet!

I can pretty much be assured I won't get one too I never get any email coupons such as my neighbors get $4/20 all the time, almost weekly! So I'm sure they won't indulge the expense to include me on any snail mail list

I wonder if it isn't some sort of demographic. I never get them and my daughters (young adults) always do and we shop the same store and buy all the deals. So disappointing, I never get anything. I have called and even took my email off and added a new one after a time and still nothing.

We're off on an island We're not part of society We're part of a CVS leper colony or something! Strange isn't it? I too did the same thing, signed up under a different email at one point, no luck. Then I emailed their contact us and asked why I didn't get any email coupons and such and they said ~ we're sorry, we'll look into that ~ sure That was months ago.

Maybe I save too much at their store already!

LOL It can be so frustrating on this desert island of no $/$$ and snail mailings. I have read some people actually got new cards to see if that would work--I've thought about it.

My same daughter just now got a $4/20 email!!

I used to get the mailings, then I lost my card, got and registered a new one, and stopped getting email coupons etc. I recently went back to using the old number, and now, I am getting all the coupons again! CVS is sending me a card w/ the same number as the one I lost, because I am not risking switching again

Same story I called a loooong time ago maybe 3 months ago and still nothing. I miss when they used to love me
