Amazing Customer Service I had two minor issues with a CVS brand product that did not live up to its promises. I don't really want to go into detail about the issue because CVS was so good to me in resolving this. Anyway, I sent them an e-mail letting them know about the problems and they are sending me a $200 (that's two zeros) gift card for my trouble!  After I sent the e-mail CVS got their Risk Management team involved immediately and took this very seriously. I told the person that I dealt with repeatedly I did not expect anything for letting them know about the problem. I just wanted them to know about the issues I had. Anyway, CVS has fabulous corporate customer service and I was surpised at how seriously they took my issue and how quickly they attempted to resolve it. They went above and beyond what I expect of a company and I definitely will be more loyal to them in the future.
I actually live about 15 minutes from a CVS (I'm in Ohio...closest one is in MI) but I'll be going there more often.
