Mine barely dispenses enough. I love it. I think there are some quality control issues with these because of the range of reviews.

FYI, if you very carefully pry the top off the empty soap bottle with a butter knife you can refill it and not have to spend $4 on refills. I filled it with some free suave shampoo I had. I bought 3 of them a few months ago when the $5 q was out at walmart. I really like them.

EDIT< didn't see the whole thread and that was already suggested

Did anyone read the directions and see if there is a way to control how much soap is dispensed? Or maybe some scents have a different thickness so it dispenses those scents differently? Just a thought.

we have had one for a while now and decided to try this. a little while later it stopped dispensing. instead of popping the top of you should actually put a little hole in the bottom (which is actually the top) with a knife and refill it that way.

Wow...that seems like it would be tedious to refill. Have you tried using a different soap?? Maybe the one you refilled it with was too thick/thin...just a thought.

Oh heres a tip I ran out of soap and i was able to take cap off with butter knife and refill ;)

I was afraid I'd break the cap, so I used a turkey baster (with the syringe) to refill mine. =) I gave my extra to my son's teacher this year. I'm hoping she'll like it.
