QUESTION Deal with it now or wait?

Tonight when I went into my local favorite CVS, read: coupon friendly, I didn't leave very happy.

Here is what I picked up and the Qs I was using:
    28 Sobe - $1.59 ea (14 - BOGO Free Qs)
6 Caliber single subject notebooks 3/$1 sale (2 $1 off 2 Caliber Stationery)
2 gallons of Milk $2.99 ($1 each back in ECBs)
2 packages of Oreos 2/$6 sale (Q for buy one Nabisco cookie and gal milk get one nabisco cookie free)
    -$4/$20 Q

The cashier rang everything up and started running my Qs. The cash register froze up and wouldn't work. The manager couldn't figure out what had worked and what had not so she voided everything. This makes the manager mad - she once told me something about them getting marked down (?) for the number of voids and price changes and such that they do.
Then the manager rings me up again. Looks at the Sobe Qs really close and says "They are really cracking down on the one per purchase thing. I will do these this time because I don't want to mess with it but next time we will have to ring them up individually."
WTH????????? (FYI - I was at a different CVS this morning and got 32 sobe and nothing else and paid $0 OOP - no tax after Qs here - and didn't have a single issue) This manager can be moody and sometimes doesn't want to do whatever it is that needs to be done and at other times is just fine and dandy.
I made the instant decision not to argue since right then she was thinking she was doing me a favor and since I was getting my deal done anyways I wasn't going to rock the boat.
My question is this - Do I call/email CVS now and try to get them to straighten out this manager or do I wait until I have a definite problem? What would you do?

Personally I think I'd wait until I had a definite problem. At this point you have no idea if she was just having a bad day and you just caught her at a really ungracious moment. Especially since you say she can be moody sometimes and great at other times.

If you confront it now, you might make an enemy. If you don't, and she's fine next time you can shrug it off as her having a bad day.

I wouldn't confront. I think it was a good thing that you go so many sobe drinks for one transaction. Technically, the manager can actually limit how many you get (this is printed in the store policy) - so be happy that you got that many sobe drinks.

My store won't even take the BOGO q's on a BOGO sale period. You are lucky. I'm going to try another store next time since they are dead set on this rule there.
I had sanity once upon a time I promise . It was just so long agoooo that I can't remember it.

This is against their own policy to refuse BOGOs on a BOGO sale. Their policy is to take it so the consumer gets both for free.

I've had 2 stores recently where I never had problems before refuse to let me use more than 1 of the same coupon in the same order because they say "one per purchase." After reading your post, I'm thinking maybe they got some sort of memo on the subject or something.
