CVS ~ Question: Summer 2010 Spending Question

Does the balance of your spending on the bottom of your receipt reflect that purchase, in other words is your purchase instantly added to your balance at the point of sale or will it reflect the balance next time you buy something.

The reason I ask is because on 7/21 I spent .75 and my summer spending balance was 48.27, then today I spent 26.86 and my summer spending balance was 49.02, only an addition of 75 cents. So will the 26.86 be reflected on my next receipt??

Yeah, it doesn't update until the next time you shop. If you look on your receipt above the "Summer 2010 Spending" and "Year to Date Savings", it should say "ExtraCare Card balances as of xx/xx (whenever you last shopped).
