QUESTION Photobook Charges

My St Louis CVS store said that I needed to pay .29 for each of the prints for my 6x8 photobook, or I could bring in my own prints. I thought that the picture would just be printed on the page like Snapfish. They said that the sleeves are 7.99 and then I would get a 7.99 ECB back. I am soooooo confused. Is this true?

Last year the whole book with 10pgs were free with a limit of 5 books free with ECB. I read that if you go over the 10 pgs they will charge you. They must be wrong, call CS and tell them what happened @ your store. Or go to another store. Good Luck!!

It sounds like they don't know what's going on because .29 x 10 pages is not $7.99 and if they enter it as 5x7 prints it won't print the ecb. My local store has no clue what they are doing and twice (this year and last) tried to enter it as 5x7 prints and I had to tell them to ring it up as a 6x8 photobook.

Its .29 cents a page after 10 pages. there are two upc's on the box it goes into. one for the book itself and one for additional pages. WHoever told you that is a cmplete moron! I was a photo supervisor at cvs. They scan the barcode for the photo book pages with pics on it included.
Every photo book has a box it slides into fr that size that is where the UPC is. i beleive the one on the left side is for the photo book. the one on the right is what they scan t charge fr additional pages if they get more then 10 pages.

Got my photo book this morning, 6x8 with 10 pages, for 7.99, not extra charges like you stated. Whoever helped must be confused on how it works!

Thanks for the info, I didn't know you could get more than 10 pages in. Do you know how many it will hold?

I called back and asked for a manager. She said that the employee was wrong and that the book w/ pictures was free after ECB.

I saw a different kind of book that you use prints on the counter. It is a photo book you make yourself, not using the kiosk at all. Maybe that's the one they thought you were looking for, but you need to use the kiosk for the free (after ECBs) one.

I would also like to know if the limit is one or if anyone was able to get more like last time. Anyone?
