CVS ~ Question: Expired Extra Care Bucks

Is CVS taking expired ECB's? I saw something about it but now I can't find the thread. Was there a letter from corporate about it?

I don't know about a letter but my store does take them. I have no problems at all using them. I would ask at your store just to be sure.

Ask the shift supervisor. I had some that had expired about 7 or 8 days earlier and they took them. I got the feeling if they were too old they wouldn't have taken them.

My store takes expired too!

Ask your manager, as its YMMV. I had 1 store that took them, up to a week or two. But new manager and new staff and lots of changes, and he said no expireds.

My CVS takes them up to one week after they have expired.

We were out of town yesterday and I used a $4 one that expired on June 13th. So I know that some stores still take them.
I happened to recall that a cashier there had told me that they never expire.( I guess she didn't know that it wasn't a company rule.)

I was happy that I hung on to it.
Always ask to make sure because they do take them at some stores.

I have been in the Brunswick store looking for Rolaids that I have a raincheck for and wanted to combine with the Gillette Pro glide razor to use 8 ECB's. The cashier has told me not once but several times they will take them even if they expire. I just hope they do.

One store north of Milwaukee took the expired EB and also expired CVS $ off coupons that spit out of the price checker. They do not take expired any longer. However, the three stores that I usually shop at in Milwaukee one will take expired, the other two will not. It all depends I guess.
