CVS ~ Vent: Can't use BOGO coupon on BOGO Deal after one day?

This is the worst CVS store in Town. I went to the same store and try to use the BOGO coupon on the Sobe water BOGO Deal like yesterday, This mean cashier say I can't use it. She won't even scan the coupon. Just said I can't use the BOGO coupon on the BOGO one deal. Then I told her I was there yesterday and doing the same thing. Then she asked the girl who let me get the deal yesterday. That girl said I am not suppose get the deal yesterday. (But she don't said anyting yesterday). I told them I did the same thing on two other stores. Then she try to told me the other two store in other locations don't let customer do BOGO coupon on BOGO deal neither. I am thinking she so stupic. Those store is far away and where the most crime are happen why I would go there and test out? Then she try to make me buy three sobe water to use the one BOGO coupon. and won't even let me use another coupon to get more. These people is so stupic.

Just call the Corp and said that store is not accepting coupon right now??? (First the corp said there are coupon limit, now she say is not accepting at all???)
The corp said I purchase too many more than 6. I only can get 6 per week.
I see the other people buy 6 per transaction. and One of the nice store lady say limit 6 per day. This is getting worst. I am very very angery.

I actually have an email from customer service specifically addressing this issue and they said you CAN use a BOGO mq on a BOGO sale item. The store is clearly in the wrong.

I agree with everybody's - call CS! I wen to CVS on Sun and the cashier took Q and very carefree stated that I copied them!!! I couldn't believe she would even say it-that's a fraud! So I had to wait till Tuesdeay (on Mon CS were off for holiday) and call CS and they were very nice and called store mngr once I was on hold. As an outcome store mngr called and was really sorry about it and invited me to the store. I asked him then how to understand the limit of 6 and he said that I can buy 6 in one transaction (can do as many transactions as want) and then get 6 free- so total of 12 in one transaction.
At another store I have no problem with using Q and the interpretation of limit of 6 was the same-buy 6 and get 6 free (use 6 Q and get all free).
At 3rd store same story.
So I started the week with a small bump bt after all it went smooth.
Still I think SOBE will come on sale again before Q exp.8/31 at CVS or any other store.
Until now every cap I have is winning the BOGO Q!!! Love the game.
So don't let some uninformed cashier to spoil the fun for you!

Yes, thats true...but I've got one store in my area this is not accepting ANY printed coupons, other than the ones from CVS.com. I've called CS two separate times and both times was told the same thing, CVS does not accept printed coupons from unauthorized sites, and that includes Facebook, coupons.com, product/brand websites & from contests!!

I was denied the use of a TG Lee coupon today at my fav CVS. The manager said they have been getting slammed with fakes on this. This store is very coupon friendly and the Manager told me today that they will probably stop taking all IP's soon because of the fraud problem. Boo!!!

Yes, thats what the manager and CS told me, about getting slammed with fake q's, but going back to Feb/Mar/April or so with high value or free q's for Doritos, Coke, Duracell and a few others. And the company lost thousands of dollars b/c of the fakes & copies. I wish their registers were set up, so they can use the veri-fy to see that its a legit printed coupon.

I printed the Sundown vitamin q to use for the ecb deal next week, and it doesn't even have the CVS logo (which the CS rep told me all q's printed from cvs.com would have it. it must only be the store coupons, not the manf q's) Anyway, I didn't even cut the coupon off the sheet of paper, b/c right above the coupon, it does say Redeem at any CVS store. And on the bottom says something like check back often for new coupons on CVS.com. If I have any problems using it, I sure will be raising a stink.

I went to one of CVS store in my area and they SoBe were out of stock. They gave me a rain check only for 3 deals. I didn't agree with them, so I asked for a store manager, but she was out and shift manager said that they can give a rain check only for 3 deals- 6 items. I said that I would call/email to the corporation. So I did it. The customer service guy said that I can buy 12 SoBe, but when I said that store gave me a rain check only for 3, he said that he would check with a supervisor and than back up that I can buy only 6. I spoke with their supervisor and said that it's either false advertising in their ad or store employees were wrong. So this supervisor said that ad is a confusing and she would let know their marketing department about it.
Do I care about their marketing department? It's a second time when I called corporation and each time they have been covering their employees.
