Can't use BOGO coupon on BOGO Deal after one day?

I didn't have an issue until I went in tonight. I was going to do two transactions, each with 12 Sobe and use 6 BOGO Free Qs.
My first transaction I did they rang up as $.77 each. She just deleted the price on 6 of the 12. Fine, I used my coupons and everything was dandy.
(12 Sobe, 4 candy bars, 1 pen pack, 1 scissors - paid $1.98 w/ECB got back $2 ECB)

There were people behind me and so I moved aside and let them go.

The second transaction I handed her a different card - my husbands card - She did NOT notice it was a different card. Again the $.77 items rang up, she flat out REFUSED to do the buy one get one pricing. Said she could only do 6 per card per day! She said the computer kept track of it and wouldn't allow her to do more. (Remember, I gave her another card!!!) Again there were people waiting so I just paid and left. I think she was mad about me getting a good deal the first time around.

Just for the record - in my area there was NO limit. It wasn't listed in the ads or on the shelf tags or anywhere else. The only limit was the clerks and their bad attitudes.

I will be calling CS on Monday. The longer I think about this the madder I get. Any suggestions? I generally have Q friendly CVS's here and have never had to call before so I don't know what to expect.

Yesterday I was in line behind a woman who was trying to use several BOGO SOBE coupons with the BOGO SOBE sale. The store manager was cashiering, and he told her it is against CVS corporate policy to use a BOGO coupon with a BOGO sale. I was very surprised, as I have used BOGO coupons with BOGO sales on other products several times in the past without any problem.

After the bad experience on that CVS, I went to the other store in same day. I got my 6 free Sobe water no problem at all. I know which store I need to go next time.
By the way the Corp customer service said I only can get 6 free per week. I have proving she is wrong. I can got 6 on same day and 6 more on next day no problem.
