HELP Please Help

I shop at CVS on a more that normal basis; and I have my card scanned every time I go. But when I log into my account online, nothing is there.
Also I read about how other people go online to check their card. How do I do that?

is your card registered online? i set up an account, but i can't remember how. can you look for something that asks you to register?

if you set up an account, and the info is just not showing, you might as well call 1-800-shop-cvs and ask for help.

Go through the registration process at www.cvs.com and then you'll be able to access your ECB account online, although there really isn't much there most of the time.

But once you do that, you should be able to see your Spring Savings rebate information, which IS important

Thanks for the help. I have created an account and my card is registered. Where would I find the rebate information? Is it a tab? Every time I login, it says I have no rewards and no history. Am I looking in the right place?

I sign in, click on "go to my extra care account" and it has tabs:
card info, extracare rewards, current balances, etc.

It shows all the extra bucks I currently have that I have not spent. Check the "card info" tab to be sure you have the card numbers entered correctly.
