I went to CVS today and used my extra buck award with several manufacturer coupons in which the total equaled an amount that the store would owe me money. The worker would not honor the manufacturer coupon to avoid this situation. Was the worker correct that CVS does not pay money out or give store credit.

yes, absolutely. that's why i recommend careful math, and adding something else to the order to avoid the problem. there is a more full description in the wagon train thread.

I have a question. I tried using the search feature on the boards but my web browser is having issues pulling anything up. Perhaps this is answered else where and if it is please direct me towards that!

I am new to the smart CVS shopping. I got two $/$$ coupons ($2.50/12 and $2/10) they both say for CVS brand purchases. What constitutes as a CVS brand? I know CVS has their own brand products but I haven't ever seen a coupon for those. Are some name brand products conisdered CVS brand? I'm so confused.

Thank you! I think I read too much into the coupon. I just went to the store and bought what I needed and the coupon worked. :)
