Call them and talk with them. It helped me out.
For the past few months, I haven't received any emails from CVS - you know, the ones with the great $/$$ coupons in them - so I went online about two months ago to check my account. Lo and behold, the "wish to receive promo emails" radio button was switched to "No". So, I switched it to "Yes", thinking that should solve the problem. A few more weeks went by and still nothing, despite having read on here of others receiving emails. So, I went back to the website and discovered it was again switched to "No"! I hadn't touched it! A bit of experimentation revealed that my selection is only lasting for a few hours at a time, sometimes less.
I tried emailing CS to no avail (they were gracious enough to switch it for me...which lasted all of about 4 hours).
What I've also discovered is that I can't remove my card either. No matter how many times I try, it just simply won't go away. I thought perhaps removing it and reattaching it might work, but nope.
Has anyone else had problems with the website, similar to this? If so, what did you do? Suggestions, anyone?
I'd appreciate any insight. CVS is my favorite drugstore, but it's a bit of a bummer never getting any of those great emails anymore!

The EXACT SAME THING has happened to me! Last week I even called CVS Customer and had them change me to a "yes," but I haven't received one single email. (They siad I should be getting them every couple of days.) I bet anything if I went to the CVS website I'd be back to "no" again.
I have no idea how to fix this.
i didn't even know a cvs ECB website existed!!
what if you want to change your email addy w/ your card #, can you do that?
hope you get things straightened out :)
