cvs---I didn't get my ExtraCareBucks for the John Frieda deal

I bought 3 things of it, which totaled $14.97. I used a $3 coupon from the paper and 2 of the $2.50 printables. Shouldn't it have worked? I thought people said that that would trigger the ECBs to print even though it is $0.03 short of $15.

And of course, I didn't notice until I got home. Is there anything I can do about it now?

My purchase technically did not meet the requirements as stated in the ad. People on here are reporting that $14.97 will print the ECBs, but if I go in the store and explain, the manager will just tell me that I didn't spend the $15 necessary. Any recourse with emailing?

Was just logging on to report this. It worked earlier in the week, but not today. I went with my mom and she bought 3 John Frieda. When we got back, I looked at the receipt & no ecbs!! Yikes!

She just emailed them. They are pretty good about taking care of it. Easier than returning to the store & trying to explain to the (maybe clueless) cashier.

I just ran out at lunch and didn't pay attention to my receipt. I didn't get the ECBs either. Funny thing is there's nothing listed at the bottom that says how much I have toward the deal. I bought the no frizz poos and conditioners. I wonder if they are NOT part of the deal? I don't think it has anything to do with the $14.97 requriement. What does your receipt say at the bottom?

I could not print anything from the coupon machines either while I was there. It said "updating the system" or something like that. Maybe new software being installed or something messed this up.

I will also try the email route. Thanks.

There are shelf tags, its not in my ad either, but I did it and got my ECB the other day (bought 3 @ $4.99 and used 3 $3 coupons)

Next weeks ad shows the deal but it has the bottles priced at $5 each

My mom got the Root Awakening shampoos, just like I got on Monday. Exact same type too.
