QUESTION cvs---Need help with my scenario and what to buy first

I can't figure out which way would be less oop. If I go in and buy the baby items and get $10 ECB to roll into other items or vise versa. If anyone could help, that would be great! I've got no ECBs to start with.

This is what I plan on getting: Baby deal: spend $25, get $10 ECB
Big box of Pampers for $19.99
something else to get to $25 (either J & J item or Diaper genie refills, depending on their price).

    I've got: $4.50 Pampers CRT
    $1.50 MQ
$5.00 J & J Free coupon (figured it might be a good time to use it if I can find a good $5 item).
Also, have a $1 off any CVS hair item if I can use that on something bab

So, I'm not sure if I should do that and then take my $10 ECB and buy:

cereal--BOGO sale (have 2 FREE MQ to go with this, so 4 for free, I think)
Stride Shift $0.99. Use $0.50 mystery savings MQ, get $0.99 ECB
    Pantene mousse $2.99 x 3 = $8.97 - $3.00 (3 MQ) = $5.97, get $5.97 ECB
And then I'd need fillers to get up to $10 (to use my ECB). Thinking of skintimate $3.99, get $3 (no coupon) and Colgate $2.99-$0.75MQ= $2.24, get $2 ECB

So then I end up with about $12 ECB. But had to buy skintimate and TP that I never want to pay for!

I don't know why this is so hard to me to figure out right now. But I know there must be a better way. Would buying the random items first be better? Or would it be better to buy them in smaller transactions and roll them into one another? and then the baby deal? Either way it looks like I'm going to have a big ECB at the end, which is what I like to avoid. I'd rather have smaller ones, b/c I have a better chance of using those.

Sorry this is long (and maybe confusing?), but if anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it!

I'm not sure about a good scenario for you just yet, but I wanted to tell you that the $1 off CVS Hair care product will work on the LARGE bottle of the CVS Brand Baby Wash... it even says Hair & Body on the bottle....

This is the big bottle, and it is only $1.99 (reg $5.99), so with the CRT it makes it .99 but the whole $1.99 amount goes towards your $25 worth of baby stuff.... Hope this makes sense.

I got this today, so I know for a fact that it works :)

Cvs has their own shampoo (near the suave at my store). Regular size bottles priced at 99 cents, and the crt makes those free and they go through beepless. Although they don't count towards baby items I don't think

I probably won't shop this week, so I'm of no help scenario wise. However, if you're not short of pocket money, it's sometimes better to just do what's easiest for you rather than drive yourself insane trying to tally the perfect scenario (Been there - bite.your.tongue oceanboy!). You have an entire month to spend the ecb's wisely, so I wouldn't worry too much about that.

I know you seek Jesus, who was crucified.
He is not here, for He is risen, as He said.
He IS Life, proven by the Resurrection.
Though we be dead, we shall live!
