cvs- Receipt shows speed stick combined with softsoap? Only printed ECB for SS

the men and woman speed stick are on the same ecb so buying one mens and one womens you would only get the ecb on one of the speed sticks.

In my ad the Deodorant is limit 2. Same for the bodywash. I should have gotten 2 for the bodywash, 4 for the deodorant and 2 for the Colgate. Calling tomorrow.

sorry i just re looked at my ad and realized the limit was 2. sorry. i guess i skimmed it the first time and missed that part. its prob a glitch in the system. the poland spring water here isnt coming up at the sale price. I know last week or the week before some of the ecbs werent printing and cvs cards were taking ages to scan it was a system error. that is prob the case this time. when that happened they couldnt even force ecb to print either. so hopefully the glitch gets fixed.

They printed together.

Don't quote me on this, but I'm *pretty* sure that the sale tag on Softsoap said limit 1. I usually don't look too closely at tags, so can anyone else verify?

If it says limit one, then they need a sign posted on the door on the way in to recant the ad's statement of a limit of two, otherwise they have to honor the ad.

yea the ad tag itself on deodorant says limit one and the ad says limit 2. really they should honor the ad. you can show the manager the ad and point out the limit two. then they should force an ECB to print out for the 2nd one.

Thanks to everyone for your answers and experience with this. I took my receipt to the store and showed the cashier how it printed and she was perplexed too because it's clear in the ad that the limits for each are two. On that page of the ad it even says "get $16 extra bucks on this page"...which when you add it up is only a limit of 1 on each item, but the ad clearly states limit 2 on some of the items and even limit 3 on the Head and shoulders. Anyway, she force printed my ECBs so all is good now. :-) I hope you all can get yours printed too.

Ok, learned on another board that with the deo, bw and Colgate deal you can only buy two in one transaction and get the correct amount of ecb's. Wish I had known this earlier. Just buy in increments of two. Also learned the hard way today that the Schick razor is limit 2 but you can't buy them in one transaction either. If you buy two at one time you will still only get 6 ecb's.
