    QUESTION cvs----question on bioluxe rebate

Im sorry if i am posting in the wrong thread- i had a question about the bioluxe shampoo and the try me free hang tag.

Does any one know if that rebate is some how linked to your CVS card? I know the bioluxe shampoo is a cvs brand and the rebate comes from cvs but is the offer 1 per extra care card or just 1 per household?

I bought the shampoo and recieved the rebate, can i buy the conditionor ( using my same cvs card) and submit a rebate under my boyfriends name and address???

    thank you!

Unless you found a different rebate form, mine states that the rebate is on conditioner. I even went through a hassle w/ a very helpful mgr to make sure my receipt showed that I paid the $9.99 (!!!!) for the conditioner, not shampoo when I bought it during the BOGO sale....

If you got the rebate already for buying shampoo that means I put that poor mgr through all that for nothing! Aaargh!

Anyway, I believe the rebate form states 1 per household, not 1 per extracare card...

I bought the shampoo too not realizing that the rebate was only for the conditioner. I returned the shampoo and bought the conditioner instead. The conditioner rang up EXACTLY the same as the shampoo had on the old receipt. The receipt did not specify whether I had purchased the conditioner or the shampoo.
